About the Consulate
The United States Government has concluded the construction of its new Consulate General compound in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua. The new facility represents the strength of friendship between the United States and Mexico.

If you have an appointment at the Consulate, please arrive no sooner than 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Due to security regulations and space restrictions we are unable to accommodate family members or friends of applicants within the Consulate waiting areas.

Waiver Inquiries
All waiver inquiries should be made to directly to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), who have sole authority to review waivers. Processing times for waiver applications can be between 6 to 18 months. For an update on the status of your waiver, you can contact USCIS at cdj.usics@dhs.gov.
