If you have an appointment at the Consulate, please arrive no sooner than 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Due to security regulations and space restrictions, we are unable to accommodate family members, lawyers or friends of applicants within the Consulate waiting areas. To reduce the risk of fraud or theft, the Consulate recommends that cash not be used to pay for visa services but rather one of the acceptable payment options.

Visa Information/Appointments
For information on how to make or change an appointment to apply for an immigrant (resident) visa or to provide information on your visa case, contact our call center at:

After your non-immigrant visa appointment at the Consulate has been made, you may change your appointment by calling the call center at the numbers above.

Attorney Inquiries
All attorney inquiries should be directed through our online legal inquiry form at http://ciudadjuarez.usconsulate.gov/feedback-form.html. This form is for legal inquiries only. All other inquires will not be answered. Attorneys are not permitted to accompany their clients into the Consulate.
Public Inquiries
Public inquiries regarding visa denials, administrative processing or American Citizen Services should be directed to our online public inquiry form at https://ciudadjuarez.cms.getusinfo.com/public_inquiry_form.html. This form should not be used to request general information, which can be obtained by browsing this website or calling our call center at the numbers listed above under Visa Information/Appointments. This form should not be used to request the status of a pending I-601 waiver application or for an explanation of a denied waiver application.
Waiver Inquiries
All pending I-601 waiver inquiries should be made directly to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), who have sole authority to review waivers. Processing times for waiver applications can be between 6 to 18 months. For an update on the status of your waiver, you can contact USCIS at cdj.uscis@dhs.gov. For general information on applying for a waiver, visit www.uscis.gov.
