K Visa (Spouse or Fiancé) Forms

 

Click here for forms and other useful information on applying for a K-3, non-immigrant visa for a spouse of a U.S. citizen. This visa class allows the spouse of a U.S. citizen to live in the U.S. while their immigrant visas petition is processed.

Note To Petitioners

Beginning June 1, 2009, all United States citizens
accompanying immigrant visa applicants to Juarez must possess a valid
U.S. passport or passport card to cross back into the United States.
