*Mexican citizen minors who have at least one parent with a border crossing card or who is applying for one may choose to pay a reduced fee of $14 USD for a border crossing card that will be valid for 10 years or until the minor reaches his or her 15th birthday, whichever comes first.

If you choose to pay the Applicant Service Center fee ($26 USD) at a Banamex branch, you also can pay the application processing fee ($140 USD) at the branch at the same time.
