PRIVACY NOTICE

American visitors who have not received satisfactory service from local merchants occasionally send complaints to the Consulate. Generally the complaints are from travelers now returned to the U.S. The Consulate will contact the merchant involved and if no satisfaction is received, will inform other authorities. This is a service generally done for citizens who are no longer in Chihuahua, since local residents are better able to contact merchants directly themselves.
