Passport Cards Arriving
The U.S. Consulate General in Ciudad Juárez is now receiving U.S. Passport Cards. If you applied for a U.S. Passport Card before October 15, 2008, your card may be ready. The best way to contact us is to e-mail cdjamericancitizens@state.gov to confirm whether your Passport Card is available for pickup. The new telephone number for the Consulate General is 656-227-3000. American Citizen Services staff members are passing out the passport cards at the new Consulate building, located on Paseo de la Victoria #3650, Fracc. Partido Senecú, Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua.
If you do not have a U.S. Passport or Passport Card, we encourage you to apply for one as soon as possible. Go to ‘Citizen Services’ at the Consulate website: http://ciudadjuarez.usconsulate.gov/service.html to access the passport forms and appointment system.
